Dogs can sometimes take their time trying to find just the right place to poop. This can be frustrating for the waiting dog parent. However, there are a few ways to speed up the process. Creating a regular routine for taking your dog out, teaching your dog to associate a command with going to the bathroom (e.g. “go potty”), and choosing a quiet location for the dog to associate bathroom breaks with can help.
